1. Nature of Donations

Jeevan Jyot Charitable Trust is a registered non-profit charitable organization. All donations made to the Trust are voluntary contributions intended to support charitable, religious, social welfare and humanitarian activities.

2. No Return Policy

As the Trust does not sell any physical products, goods or services, there is no return policy applicable. Donations once made cannot be returned.

3. Refund Policy

Donations made to Jeevan Jyot Charitable Trust are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as:

• Duplicate payment made due to a technical error
• Incorrect amount debited because of a system or payment gateway issue
• Transaction failure where the amount is debited but not credited to the Trust

4. Refund Request Timeline

Any refund request must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of the transaction. Requests made after this period may not be considered.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind after a successful donation
• Donations made voluntarily for charitable or religious purposes
• Donations made to avail tax benefits under Section 80G
• Donations already utilized for trust activities
• Partial refunds of donation amounts

6. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment only. The refund process may take 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway. The Trust shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers.

7. Payment Gateway Responsibility

All online donations are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Jeevan Jyot Charitable Trust is not responsible for technical issues, delays or failures caused by banks or payment gateway service providers.

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
